A woman in her (guessing) mid sixties who came in today looking for a 50 Cent biography. We didn't have it, but we had another 50 Cent biography... but she had already read it. She just needed more and that's the coolest.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai accidentellement mis une extrémité d'un microfilm dans la mauvaise machine finale ... puis j'ai dû l'enlever et rembobiner le film à la main pendant 15 minutes après. JE NE SOUHAITERAI PAS CELA A MON PIRE ENNEMI

Today I accidentally put one end of a microfilm into the machine wrong... and then had to remove it and respool the film by hand for 15 minutes after. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY
