Assyrians and Chaldeans are ONE people, known in their own language, the Surith (Syriac), as Surayeh originating from Asurayeh or Ashuraye (Athourayeh). Assyrian is an English word which our people did not use in their homes, because our people IN GENERAL did not speak English.

Assyrians must understand what "recognition" of something means; that one congressperson cannot speak on behalf of Congress; know difference between Resolution & Bill & what is to be on Congress Floor with Congress in session or meet with one or two members in a conference Room.
