Still thinking about my Idol Showdown experience at EVO. I never put much time into it but since I got to play a bunch of people in top 8, I saw how the game works at a higher level and it actually seems pretty fun. I would probably play it a lot if it wasn't a discord fighter.

Shaheen - They keep nerfing his mixup and vortex game and then give him d1 because "he was too difficult to play"??? I really hope they rework him, people hated his S1 gameplay but this is even more lame. His nerfed counterhit mini-combos are cool though.

Season 2 takes:.Feng - new B4, new punisher and combo routes make me happy, but now my go-to mid check is -10 and has this wack mindgame off it and I hate it. Bt.2, once again turning it into a 50/50 heatdash launcher while now being -9 is outrageous. I'd like it reverted.

It's a never ending cycle of me thinking "they will learn" as every new update and game comes out. "They made their mistakes with this game/update and the next time it will be better". And then it just never comes.

I don't usually like using social media for negativity but there is a perticular sense of dread I feel after dropping Strive and NRS games because I felt the dev team were actively ruining the game just to switch to Tekken and have them drop the worst update known to man.
