We will be performing maintenance on our billing website tomorrow at 10AM PST. We expect the upgrade to take around 20 to 30 minutes to complete. This upgrade will hopefully address issues we have had with PayPal billing agreements as well as implement Srtipe 3DSecure :).

Been a while, but we're still hammering away at new nodes and the storage project! . We've also updated our AUP at Short and skinny, no more fines and now publicly allowing @torproject bridge, relay, and exit nodes! Just follow the rules.
