I am so glad I never got into tech/startups/VC. It’s descended to the point where it’s just guys named “Suhail Doshi” whining about other guys named “Soham Parekh” being Indian scammers. I mean.
PSA: there’s a guy named Soham Parekh (in India) who works at 3-4 startups at the same time. He’s been preying on YC companies and more. Beware. I fired this guy in his first week and told him to stop lying / scamming people. He hasn’t stopped a year later. No more excuses.

I like KDY! I don’t really have a comment on his ruling in the Brindle incident. What I don’t like is unequal weights and measures and unequal application of procedure, which is what is being attempted here.

The Brindle incident is highly “germane” to a ruling of the chair in the OC. In fact, guys like Edburg, Chuck, etc. explicitly made it germane by implicating RRO to defend KDY in the first place. It’s germane precisely because they are both about applications of RRO.
