he's protected by his coworkers and shielded by customer service reps who refuse to escalate situations where an implied threat of physical violence occurred. Greyhound is unsafe. They allow their customers to be berated and.

They come into personal space for minor infractions or no reason at all because it makes them as small people feel bigger and important. It's a fun game for them to terrorize people, otherwise they wouldn't do it. And this guy not only gets paid to do it.

That employee was yelling the entire time I was there regardless as to how or even if he was approached by anyone. This wasn't yelling for clarity or customer service but because bullies yell. They intimidate.

and lied and said I was rude and abusive so they closed ranks and kicked me off the bus, which I couldn't find anyway because no one at that station could give me correct information. This was not an isolated incident.

The employee then advanced on me physically and yelled at me to go inside. When I went inside to tell the employee at the desk (who'd finally appeared after an hour of being unavailable except to take smoke breaks) the employee who tried to assault the other rider came in.

This wasn't a polite approach. This was a chest bowed out, angry response meant to intimidate and threaten the passenger, who stood there stunned as the employee continued to enter into his physical space. It was scary and uncalled for so I intervened. Not physically, verbally.

The employee immediately raised his voice and repeated over and over "pick up your bag" while physically coming at the passenger. There was no attempt at being courteous or to engage in a non threatening way prior to that.

The passenger had put his bag in the undercarriage storage without permission. While I understand that is a valid security issue the response should be to address it calmly to defuse, not escalate, the situation.
