Pair the TA with the ACP & add waffle from people pushing likes on instagram, we are in a wild west, where not only players must be lost, but coaches wanting to develop & improve have no reference point to what good coaching or good hockey looks like. Huge change needed.

It's not just that the expert thinks differently from the novice. It's also that the expert literally perceives information differently to begin with. And the driving force behind this is long-term memory.

Another exciting finish to both seasons for both League 1 & Championship football creating excitement and drama ahead of playoffs starting. If only hockey had playoffs and wasn’t settled by January perhaps we’d be able to grow our domestic game!

The idea that your federation has the keys to the talent development kingdom is ludicrous. A human made the curriculum and then put a badge on it. I do not have the keys to the kingdom either which is why I challenge assumptions and research learning experts. #TOVO

Across most leagues I bet there’s more teams with a chance of relegation than promotion. Our set up is stupid it’s superbly negative. Half teams with nothing to play for, 2 or 3 teams trying for a promotion. Bottom half fearing relegation, make more meaningful matches.

Great insight & love the honesty! Hilarious he thinks our structures are complex & old! ✅ It’s so clear we’ve got a watered down system which has created stale hockey & lots of non competitive/pointless matches for adults & juniors! How can we grow this product…! 🦕 🦖 🤡
