I genuinely think people need to be open to creators changing their minds about things more in general ngl. These guys are all people and people change their minds all the time. Toby fox isn't gonna be like "I can't do this, I said the opposite thing in an interview 7 years ago".

I only say subconscious because I have a feeling papyrus in undertale is suffering from a lot of memory loss. He's seemingly from deltarune but claims to have never seen a human before.
