We had a fantastic day yesterday at the @coopparty Community Britain conference - the case for empowered communities and the necessary political support for them was made by the Co-operative movement and Party, Trade Union movement and Labour Party.
If we want an antidote to the hate and division we've seen on the rise, using government policy to drive up community pride should be part of the solution. Our General Secretary @FortuneJF is quoted in @MirrorPolitics making the case for Community Britain.
