When I lost my mother in 2021, I was so depressed and sad that I just let myself go. I stopped eating right and taking care of myself. I was 315lbs (the biggest I have ever been). Today I weighed myself and I have lost a total of 60 pounds since 2021. 🙌🏾

As soon as I start telling myself “ok today is the day imma quit smoking”. That be the most trying day. Like why all y’all gotta piss me off at the same time.
