Wiggly little lizards! 🦎. Each day, our dedicated staff carefully and gently weigh every Texas horned lizard hatchling to track and monitor their growth and development. These tiny lizards - just 1 to 2 weeks old - are growing now in preparation for their release this fall!

It’s World Tiger Day! 🐅. The Zoo is proud to care for Sumatran tigers Rakan and N’dari and support conservation efforts for their critically endangered species. Their expansive habitat was built with breeding and wellbeing in mind — and hopefully future cubs! . World Tiger Day

Our little lotls are not so little anymore! 🥹 Though they won’t be fully developed until closer to six months old, these tiny guys are growing every day! . The baby axolotls are still developing behind the scenes, but their adult counterparts are worth a visit in MOLA!
