Foolish is a variety streamer now and that brings in viewers from all corners of Twitch. Some may know about emotes and "chat etiquette" and some don't at all. Regardless of what he's playing, we want chat to be approachable and welcoming for everyone.

As mods, we're going to work on communicating rules and culture to chatters with more explanation so new (and old) folks don't feel so in the dark! Especially with our automated deletes -- we know it doesn't feel good when your message gets deleted for seemingly no reason.
