🥕 Visual Art student June Schneider, completed her independent study using pen & ink techniques with watercolor. When asked why she chose the subject matter, she responded with, "Veggies are cool." We agree! Great attention to detail using hatching, cross-hatching, & stippling.

📶 Our Warriors participated with an informative assembly this afternoon focusing on Internet Safety. Detective John Sims and K9 Cam from the Kentucky State Police Department explained the importance of cybersecurity. 📶

Visual Art students have been learning about the values hatching, cross-hatching, and stippling. Each is used in these lovely pen & ink wreath drawings. After inking the wreath, students enhanced the evergreens and berries with watercolors. Simply elegant! Great job, Warriors!

8th grade band students performed several Christmas Carols at the Dominion Senior Living Facility in Richmond. Students also visited with residents and delivered handmade cards. The Foley Middle School Band program is a recipient of the Peter R. Marsh Foundation Grant
