I’ve been relatively quiet on X this year regarding what I was building, that was intentional. While I wasn’t posting much, I was deeply involved in building and scaling a privacy wallet on @AleoHQ - @lets_puzzle, which grew to 300k users and highest onchain transaction volume.

Professional growth: Recruited and led 35+ ambassadors across 30+ countries. Owned ecosystem communications and community for a privacy-focused consumer crypto app used by 300K+ users, converting adoption into 25K+ engaged subscribers. 3/n

Personal wins first: Bought my first car (Mercedes C-Class) more flexibility, better routines, and fewer excuses (especially for the gym). Upgraded my work setup to support deeper focus and output. M4 Pro + 49” ultrawide = fewer distractions, more execution. 2/n

2025 was a year of compounding - in work, life, and perspective. Beyond visiting 8 new countries across 3 continents, a lot shifted for me this year. 1/n

Heading into 2026, I'll be sharing updates, lessons, progress, and behind-the-scenes insights on community-led growth in Web3 as I see it is unavoidable to build publicly.

Officially, I spent 11 months with Puzzle, but I’d been contributing since February 2024. It was intense, challenging, and genuinely fun building with this team.

Beyond the numbers, I owned community communications across mainnet launches, games, subscriptions, and soft releases, while staying close to our community & users, the product and engineering team to keep feedback loops tight and execution fast.

Top-tier VCs like @6thManVentures and @BainCapCrypto believed in what we were building and backed the vision.

None of this happened in isolation. Huge respect to the team. @zkmattwyatt, @_lukenewman, @jgonzal, Darvish Kamalia, Abhin Sharma, Veda Sun, Chianne Connelly, we faced real challenges, solved hard problems, and built together. ❤️

This year at Puzzle Wallet & Arcade, I: • Grew the Discord community from <100 → 6,000+ members • Contributed to the Coinbase × Aleo × Puzzle quest reaching 300k+ users, 200k+ wallets funded • $50k+ in on-chain rewards distributed

I officially joined Puzzle’s core team on the first day I landed in Thailand for Aleo’s ZK Day, just ahead of Devcon SEA, straight into building mode.
