It's Throwback Thursday! We're going back to 1986! Here we see an East Kent Beadle (FFN 446) being used to recreate one of King Alfred Motor Services' early excursions to Bournemouth from the 1920s. Little did we know at the time that we’d go on to own our own coaches!

The attendees found the meeting beneficial for exchanging ideas and are looking forward to continue collaborating in supporting the broader bus preservation movement in the south UK moving forward. Yes that is a jar of gobstoppers on the table!

On Wednesday 15th October, several members of the bus preservation groups from Hampshire and the surrounding areas gathered to discuss and share ideas about the challenges we face in keeping heritage vehicles on the road.
