Urgent! 🚨 FWC is considering releasing its conservation easement on #SplitOakForest, risking its vital ecosystem for a toll road. This threatens wildlife & sets a dangerous precedent. Sign the petition to save Split Oak & Florida's conservation lands! https://t.co/RSNXywintL

FDEP is required by law to respond to springs groups’ amended petitions in the BMAP case within 15 days. Yet, it has been a month w/out action from FDEP, barring petitioners access to the courts & damaging the integrity of the legal process. More info:

We love to see new calves! Our research team recently confirmed another new calf at Blue Spring - manatee "Peek a boo" came in with a newborn calf in tow. It is exciting to see many new calves over the summer months. Please remember to always observe manatees from a distance!
