I've been at my new job for over a month now and I can confidently say that it's been amaaaaaazing. Envigorating & fulfilling work, good team, flexibility, benefits, great future potential and growth. It's been a long time coming but we finally made it 🙌 life is good.

It's a balance of both. When you need/want to perform, you utilize your subconcious and enter a flow. Then in the in between, during study and training; is when you reflect, analyze, think, etc. I believe this applies to Smash, therapy, and most things in life.

Smash is a great analogy as to why this is wrong. Many people start to play subconsciously, but any player who goes through the tough process of relearning their game consciously is always better for it. They can turn their habits on and off and are much more adaptable.

Just put a toilet seat cover on a toilet and hit the fgc nod when it fell in before I sat down.

we good now I took a breather and got over it real quick. my goal today was to stay present in the moment and express myself and I feel I achieved that so that’s a win 😊. it was so great to see everyone!! I’m glad so many people made it out. and thank you @arascrub xoxo 🫶.

sitting here sobbing my eyes out over a game I barely even play anymore. it feels like I lose everything when I’m eliminated. every game I lost today was last hit, it’s so heartbreaking. I wanted to go further and it barely slipped out of my fingers. I was playing so well too 🥲.

I was playing so amazing winners side, Yrneh used to be one of my biggest demons and would always frustrate me, but using what I told myself from when I played him last like 2 years ago I was able to play such a competitive set. it was really fun. proud of my performance there.
