Re-discovering what 'fun' it is to run example projects built for Unix on Windows. Even with Docker etc. there's a ton of 'no that tool doesn't exist please install a Win32 version from this shifty-looking webpage'...and of course the back/forward slashes, always.

Great little project using AI to generate source data for search!
๐ง๐ง 1/ OK, Barbados... my latest side-project: Tired of trawling through all the different hardware store websites looking for something? Now you can do it all in one place, introducing "Yuh Gettin' Tru?" a new site that searches all the major stores. https://t.co/9TiFcpX3hc

context engineering is what happens when liberal arts ppl reinvent memory management. hard to blame them. prob never took classes on compilers, operating systems, or computer systems.
For LLM systems design, we can borrow the idea of memory hierarchy from computer architecture and draw a lot of parallels. Longer context doesn't invalidate the need for "RAG". Larger LLMs don't invalidate the need for search engines. Different layers of the stack.

Hugely encouraging to see @elastic embracing UBI, an open source standard for recording user interactions with search - https://t.co/TBktUyNh7J - hoping other engines do the same!

Discover how to capture user behavior data using the Elasticsearch plugin for UBI and build a custom dashboard in Kibana to analyze it.
