How are Flames C prospects ever going to get opportunity with Backlund and Kadri on this team for the foreseeable future?.

It really confuses me when people expect me to believe in a management group that has won 2 playoff series in the last 2 decades, or believe in CCās āplanā which just got this team a 9th place finish in the conference, and then he did absolutely nothing to build for the future.
Conroy could take the flames basement bloggers TWC, and the green M&M people, bring them to the ādome for a power point presentation on the 5 yr plan with the hockey ops department, give them a handout package of the plan, and half would come out tweeting āwhatās Conroys plan?ā.

You know this team is going to be pushing the narrative that every player has to earn their spot on the team, but we all know damn well it doesnāt how Brz plays, heās not making the team.
The one person I feel the most sorry for if Andersson is still here come training camp is Hunter Brzustewicz. He could have come into camp looking at a top 6 NHL job, but now the numbers just donāt work and heāll likely have to start in the AHL again.
