Hey @SouthwestAir; loyal customer for 15+ years, Rewards card holder, flew SW exclusively. Booked flights to Disney before the seating change. Your new seat assignments scattered our family of 4 across the plane with my 2yo & 6yo sitting alone. This is wildly unacceptable.

Hey @SouthwestAir we applied for your credit card because it’s all over your app. Tried to book flight with card, get a technical error code (have been told it’s a known issue). Then each time we’ve had to call to get flight credits released and then repeat. Customer service

It sounds like employees are as frustrated with the changes at @Southwestair as their passengers. The airline has horrible leadership!
If you’ve even flown with children, you’d know that it can be a pretty messy process. Especially if you want them to be quiet. Today while disembarking our @SouthwestAir flight from Nashville to Austin we were harassed by an employee for our row being messy. We did our best to
