Going to the gym and lifting heavy gives me an incredible high. Once you’re addicted to that high, you’ve just unlocked being healthier than 99% of your peers for the rest of your life.

To me, walking isn't "cardio." Instead, it's the most basic activity one can do if they have functional legs and take their mobility seriously. It's more about being human than getting exercise. 8,000 steps a day, minimum.

Taking a 10 to 15 minute walk after a meal drastically reduces blood glucose and helps digestion, which is a highly impactful and free way to lose weight, and keep it off. Do it. No exceptions.
