I have a series of these to drop over the next few days. 👻🕷️ The call is coming from inside the house. Eat like your like depends on it, because it does.

BREAKING: I drank a detox tea and my deadlift went up 0 lbs. Myth busted. Carbs aren’t the enemy. Surpluses are. No tea melts fat. No snack spot-reduces abs. Lift, eat protein, sleep. 🐻💪🏾

PSA from your salty bear: If your shirt looks like a pretzel, you need sodium. If your bottle weighs more than you do, stop chugging. Short, cool lifts = water. Long or hot = carbs + salt. Drink to thirst, don’t gain weight mid-workout. 💪🧂🐻

Saw this on IG and it’s too important to not share here. You must progressively overload. If you can easily reach 12 reps that weight is too light. Lift heavy now so that’s it’s not difficult to pop up off the floor (or bed or chair or toilet) later.

Low resting heart rate (bpm < 70) is the best physiological predictor of violent/antisocial behavior. In a remarkable longitudinal study of over 700,000 men, those with the lowest RHR: -were the most likely to commit both violent and non-violent crime -had a 31% increased risk

Diana Taurasi is so good at keeping the main thing, the main thing. That is winning Olympic gold medals. For two entire decades. Adding another - a sixth in total - would put her in a basketball class of her own.

@Aly_Raisman Why did they accept the inquiry from the US if it was past the allotted time? Now they are “just realizing it” 5 days later after the medal was awarded? The athletes should not pay the price for the judges mistakes. At this point there are truly no winners in this situation.
