On May 21, 2025 the NRC issued an Approval Letter for the license amendment request allowing for deconversion via the $INIS process. What is the value of INIS's existing license (+EIS, etc.) to construct a facility to deconvert Urenco's increasing tails?

International Isotopes holds a EXISTING NRC license to construct such a facility ~30 miles from Urenco's #enrichment plant. However, $INIS never built the facility b/c Urenco's license prohibited the AHF process.
