We completed our annual #LakeErie gill net survey this week, with the data from this survey helping to manage the #Walleye fishery. Outside of walleye we caught 13 other #fish species. #GrestLakesSci

With high winds projected for tomorrow we are done with our first week of the 2025 #SaginawBay forage trawl survey. Age-0 #YellowPerch, Spottail Shiners, Teout-perch, Mimic Shiner, and White Perch have been the most common species thus far. #GreatLakesSci.
