We need urgent help regarding licensing for an event this weekend, raising funds to help families in the community in Reading. The customer service we’ve experienced today has been just awful and we really need to get this resolved today.

Hi @ReadingCouncil, we are urgently trying to get through to someone in your licensing team today. Your switchboard said there was no way for them to get a message to anyone in the team and there is no phone number for us to call. Email not responded to. What do we do now?.

Thank you to the generosity of the audience we raised over £1,100 📷.
We had a truly MAGICAL time at the annual carol concert ✨🎄. About 280 children representing 18 schools took part, singing beautifully alongside the fantastic orchestra from @berksmusictrust 🎵🎻. Hosted by @WBCMayor, the sold-out event was raising money for @Firstdays_ ❤️🙌

Our CEO @emmacantrell_ met with l with @PDJSwallow, MP for Bracknell today. They discussed the fact that our charity shouldn’t exist: every parent should be able to afford and access everything they need for their family. We are looking forward to that day.
