@FinestYew My dear LKY lite, govt orgs are not capable of building cutting edge tech in mission mode in a short time frame. They have so many constraints. Best solution is for someone like Adani/Ambani/Tata to absorb the best staff from GTRE/DRDO and suppliment it with external hires. Take.
