Another day, another wasted resource. We attended 7 cases, only 2 needed to go to hospital. The rest didn’t need an ambulance. But our broken call taking system can’t handle that, and rather than work with us to fix it, @JacintaAllanMP would rather drag out this EBA #springst

Hopefully the advice is on how to return @AmbulanceVic to being an emergency service. AV must utilise the highly training paramedics to attend Victorian community members that have emergencies, not be tied up at low acuity cases that should be managed at a GP #springst
