Updated my decentralized end-to-end encrypted file-storage architecture: Instead of sending encrypted chunks to my backend first, the frontend now uploads each chunk directly to Filebase. The backend only receives the current chunk+ upload hash. This reduces server load.

Built a lightweight IPFS uploader in TypeScript using Axios for my decentralized E2EE file storage project. Frontend now uploads encrypted chunks directly to Filebase via a simple uploadChunk() method, no backend relay needed. Next: Test it with some real data.
