What do you want to know?.

It seems like the general approach here is 'set it up once and forget about it, just run the same command over and over each time you deploy and cross those fingers'.

It's truly baffling to me. I use a lot of CLIs for my job and this has gotta be one of the most hare-brained I've ever seen. The install involves copying a bunch of random files around. The examples given don't work. Nothing apart from the most basic usage is documented.

Niche tweet but the interface and general user experience for using steamcmd to upload a game build to Steam is so ass that I'm just making my own command line interface to insulate myself from the horror.

Perhaps even a Steam release 😏.
