Remember these four things: · If you’re around someone who becomes unwell after taking drugs or alcohol, call 999 immediately. · Getting help is essential – don’t delay because you are worried you’ll get into trouble.

There’s always a risk in taking drugs – even ones you’ve tried before. Those risks get increased if you mix drugs with other things including alcohol. Drugs are always unpredictable - Knowing what to do for a friend in case of an emergency and acting fast is vital.

There’s always a risk in taking drugs – even ones you’ve tried before. Drugs that haven’t been prescribed and on the illegal drugs markets aren’t regulated - we don’t know exactly what’s in them. And if you mix them with other things like alcohol, the risk goes up.
