worked on the lobby layout today trying to fit more events on the main screen without making it noisy also fine-tuning limits behind the scenes front and back have to move together πͺπͺ

cleaned up how market names are handled in the parser, providers label the same stuff in different ways looks small, gets messy fast if you ignore it next up - limits and risk rules. πͺπͺπͺ

most betting products try to launch everything at once live, casino, bonuses, 20 tabs etc then they wonder why it feels messy. start with pre-match add features step by step πβ

choosing color palette for the app was between steel blue, slate green and muted indigo. almost went with blue ended up picking muted indigo feels calmer. less casino π

stuck in parser work, too much data starting with pre-match only, live later also looking for an odds provider there are hundreds take two, one for odds, second for stat been thinking about the name want it to reflect what this is: complex inside, simple and fast outside

started poking the parser today already clear that if data is messy, everything else is fucked doing this with a small team one ux/ui guy trying to keep everything one click away one programmer coding through ugly data without panicking

spent a couple of days thinking about this. this is roughly how the spec looks right now. not a roadmap, just modules iβm trying to keep in place. β parser β admin panel β betting β lobby β event β wallet β security β user registration

spent last 2 days writing a rough spec, itβs not a roadmap just a set of modules to keep things from turning into a mess most of the work so far is about what not to build. this will change)

not planning to use cartoon animations in app, minimal UI, no bright colors. probably going to treat this as a build log. if youβve built stuff before, youβll get it.

didnβt expect casino thinking to be this deeply baked into betting products. writing the spec now. deleting more than adding
