We are excited to announce our latest study published in @ScienceTM! We show that dysfunctional regulatory T cells drive Sjögren’s disease via IFN-gamma producing Th1 cells. Baricitinib inhibits IFN signaling and significantly alleviates symptoms, offering new hope for patients.
