Giving so many perks basekit for survivors just gives them more free slots for the next strongest perks. I'll put more of my thoughts later on in this 9.3.0 PTB update for #DeadbyDaylight once I'm back home maybe.

Disincentivizing tunneling is risky as most of the time it can 100% be used aggressively with bodyblocks or flashlight saves. There needs to be good incentives to not tunnel which the "hand holding" was a very good step towards.

I do not care if Nurse or Blight got the full power of unique hook incentives because otherwise what incentive would they have to not tunnel if tunneling is still the best method of winning for them? Might be too strong but tunneling is already REALLY strong for them.
