UFR's Congress will now have a Senate, comprised of UFR members that have proven themselves to be loyal to the gacha community. Senate members are given a special gold-coloured role in the UFR discord server. Apart from giving recognition, the Senate has no separate functions.

Anyone in UFR can propose for UFR to carry out an action. Members of Congress can vote yes, no, or abstain their vote. Inactive members of Congress that do not vote for more than ten sessions may be dismissed from Congress. No one outside Congress can veto any passed actions.

The Congress of @UFRHQ has been established! The Congress is a body of 100 UFR server members that vote on important decisions and new server rules. Anyone can propose an action and if the majority says yes, it passes. Kaleb says he will not interfere with Congress actions.
