It took me a huge deal of time to decide to pursue my career in US because of the stats you mentioned.
Though one thing I realized is that I have whole life to devise backups but only after I have tried & failed at my dream first.

Well never got a chance to share it but today while going through my certs,I realized the kind of long hours I put into this 9 hours long laparoscopic procedure (in which I scoped for the most parts😎) into a 5 min video presentation 🙌
