The 40th Anniversary Show!
Celebrating 40 years on the road in 2023, Dillie, Liza and Adèle, Britain’s raciest and sassiest musical cabaret trio, are bringing their brand-new show to theatres across the UK.

If you are angry at Dominic Cummings, please retweet my song. I’d love it if it could get to the ears of the PM and cabinet. Their contempt for us mere mortals makes me furious at a very deep level.

Fascinating reactions. We’re scabrously rude about
@BorisJohnson
every night on stage The audience ALWAYS erupts with cheers, footstomping, whistles and clapping. Even in Eastbourne, Tunbridge wells & last night Newbury. He’s universally loathed & despised.
The Northern Powerhouse won't need to wait for us!
We'll be playing in Birmingham AND Manchester and many more fine Northern cities on this tour.

40th Anniversary Show! A brand new show touring AUTUMN 2023. BOOK NOW!
So what has fate got in store for us today? Whatever the news, we sing on till we’re forbidden from doing so. Audiences tell us it’s a very uplifting show. We love doing it and we love hearing the laughter. When it’s going well, this is the best job in the world. DK
The before and the after! First show in Camberley last night ... Well, we didn’t trip over the piano or fall off the stage and the audience were very lovely to us so, hooray!! Off we go!! 1 down, 55 to go. Courtyard, Hereford tonight. Liza. X
Last night in Newcastle, a woman went into labour after laughing so hard in the Dogging Song! If you know who she is, tell her the baby has to be called Dillie if it’s a girl and Brian if it’s a boy and we’ll all be delighted to be godparents!

Dillie here with a Serious Question. Is there a national register to which you can add your name if you are self-isolating because you’re showing symptoms of coronavirus? And if not, why not? How else can a government evaluate and calculate the spread of the disease?
This remarkable person has changed the way a non-ministerial government department analyses national statistics. Single handed. Speechless with admiration here.
Three weeks into the tour, we are having a wonderful time. Hard to single out one venue, because all the audiences have been joyous, but that Matcham Theatre Royal in Newcastle is heart-stoppingly splendid.
Mixed volcanic emotions. Relieved and yet gutted. So sad. To all our wonderful audiences, we say a huge thanks for your support and affection - we will be back. Stay safe and love to you all. X DK

Fabulous audience tonight in Dorking, wildly vocal and cheering. Most un-Surrey-like, marvellously shouty and fun.
Let's hope we get to finish the tour - tho' as Nadine Dorries is now confirmed to have Coronavirus, who knows? We'd be so sad, as we're so proud of this show.
At the end of our second, extremely intense songwriting session for the new Fascinating Aïda show, I can honestly say I’m knackered but quietly optimistic. Thanks
@MrPaulFoster
for visiting.

DV must always be reported. Furthermore, if the putative PM of this country is an abuser, it”s vital that this comes to light. But you seem to be suggesting that the neighbours be put in a modern equivalent of the stocks. Shame on you

It’s over, folks. The rest of the Fascinating Aïda tour is cancelled.
Following official government advice issued today which stipulates that people should avoid public buildings including theatres, we regret to announce that SOLT and UK Theatre member venues will be closed.../1

for being a fabulous audience tonight at

. Such a glorious state-of-the-art venue inside a delightfully Deco shell too.
Hello everyone. Dillie here. We have good news! Fascinating Aïda are planning their next show at the Queen Elizabeth Hall at Christmas. Actual dates soon. In the meantime, I've been working on my blog... eek... which launches today!...
#Aberystwyth
thank you, you were a terrific audience and the pleasure was ours. We hope to return before another 30 years have elapsed.
@aberystwytharts
With great regret we are cancelling the show at Basingstoke tonight. It’s just too dangerous to travel right now. We’ll reschedule as soon as possible. Hoping that people ring in to check before leaving home…
Dillie here. I'm sad and sorry to say that we won't be coming to Glasgow on Thursday. The festival have contacted us and asked if we can re-book for the autumn to which the answer is YES YES YES. Obvs, we're sad as we were SO looking forward to it. But it's only postponed.
Congratulations to Adèle, who performed her first Humanist wedding ceremony yesterday.

This is thrilling news. Pounds and ounces ahoy!!! Britain as it once was, back and proud. Perhaps we will see the return of people having picnics in lay-bys and washing their cars on Sunday. I do hope so.
Boris Johnson is to announce the return of imperial weights and measures, making it legal for market stalls, shops and supermarkets to sell their goods using only Britain’s traditional weighing system post-Brexit

It’s frequently preferable to go solo because your enjoyment isn’t going to be spoiled by a companion who doesn’t enjoy the production as much as you.
