The Famous 5 Foundation is honoured to have been granted a Viceregal Patronage from Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada. The F5F shares with the Governor General a focused effort on reconciliation, diversity, inclusion, youth and education.

Held in Trent University's Bata Library, this Pink Tea gathering honoured the legacy of the Famous 5 and their impact on the fight for gender equality, with presentations by feminist leaders and scholars which added valuable historical context and Indigenous perspectives.
