All that is needed for someone to play the part of Zelda is to be a female human being. In other words, a woman, a girl. That’s all there is to it. Of course men can cosplay as Zelda in a gaming convention if they wish. There is always a place for men who want to cross dress.

The fans are happy that Nintendo finally announced this perfect casting of Link and Zelda. Great choice for The Legend of Zelda live action movie! Looking forward to it!!! . Sanity prevailed and we can forget about silly rumors.
