Thank you, Dr. Abdullah, as always, for the great insights and for confirming once again the limited value of liners or capping agents in most cases of indirect pulp capping when the remaining dentin thickness is more than 0.5mm. Proper sealed restoration is all we need 👍🏻.

إعادة علاج عصب لضرس سفلي عانت معه المراجعة لمدة طويلة تم بفضل الله علاجه بنجاح. The mesial canal systems are NOT joining each other, so Radiographical shifts ALWAYS matter👍🏻.

علاج عصب لضرس سفلي تم خلال جلسة واحده ولله الفضل The mesio-lingual canal system was challenging and very narrow, making me consider the Mesio-buccal system the main one, which is unusual as a morphological rule. Because usually, the lingual canal system is the straighter one.
