The closer we look, the more we see that @PASenateGOP leaders take orders from wealthiest donors, even when it hurts their own constituents. This isn't about red vs blue, rural vs urban. It's about power, grift & outright refusal to pass needed reforms.

As of today, PA is the last state to pass a required state budget. NC passed a stop-gap "mini-budget" last week. Anyone notice the states that are late are also those with a long history of #gerrymandering & legislative dysfunction? PA deserves better.
