That's funny 🤣. Lately SEPTA has been referred to as being in a DEATH SPIRAL activating a DOOMSDAY plan if they don't get more money, FORCING them to cut SERVICE AND RAISE FARES. That is of course unless a judge says they're NOT then they have enough money and can run service.

Being this logical will get you fired from SEPTA. This thinking should not be foreign to SEPTAs management.
SEPTA should hold RR trains Thursday for post game if they can. They were gonna run diminished late night service anyways, give a small olive branch to people getting screwed by the non reversed sports express cuts and show they’re not the uncooperative ones.

That's not a very big percentage of SEPTAs annual losses when you consider the fact that SEPTA operates at a more than 80% loss yearly. Losing money is what they do best followed by a close second of wasting it.
But let’s keep subsidizing SEPTA at the state level when Philly won’t address this huge loss. 💙 ~M

SEPTA doesn't have to be successful in the long term and never will be. The SEPTA Key System is another example of an "Epic Fail". Current Mngmnt. spends money blaming past mngmnt mistakes then when that fails new mngmnt. starts all over wasting new money. It's a terrible cycle.
I’m all for @SEPTA, but can anyone point out one railcar/subway car/bus purchase that it has completed successfully. Hyundai Silverliner was a defect disaster. The Double Decker CRRC Chinese is a disaster. Electric Bus fleet is a disaster. Please explain the millions lost???

EPIC FAIL! SEPTA hasn't been a trusted source of travel for years now. The recent cuts and recent FTA orders to take Regional Rail trains out of service due to safety reasons is only turning more people away from public transportation in Philadelphia and it's Suburbs.
@SEPTA @SEPTA_SOCIAL this morning around 7:20 the #ChestnutHill West train over head power completely when out. Myself and other passengers sat on the train for 40 after which we were told to evacuate the train and walk on the trains to the next station.

Nothing changed. Riders have been conditioned to accept and even expect failure from SEPTA. Driver Shortages, Cancelled Trains and Equipment Issues have been the NORM for years. Like the terrible COVID response this will create a ridership that will NEVER return to public transit

SEPTA is outright LYING to you. This is an obvious attempt to hurt the passengers and make them complain to Harrisburg. The sports games are a CAPTIVE and CONSISTENT CROWD that can be easily addressed with extra trains and employees. They aren't LAYING OFF EMPLOYEES.
