ANTONE can help me with OBS when i rotate my head or drive it gets a little pixelated ....but when i stand still it looks fine - gtav ( fivem)

I have a situation I stream both on Kick and twitch but the only issue is on Kick I have a sub button but then it's harder to raid people on Twitch because Twitch I don't have a sub button and it's harder for me to get affiliate ..what do i do? when i dual stream one looks worse
