#FTSE250 representation of women in all key functional roles has increased again in the year, or remained broadly similar, excepting the #CIO where there remains significant opportunity. There has also been a modest, but welcome increase in the number of women #FinanceDirectors.

Women in key, decision-making roles are now commonplace. The representation of women CIOs, and Company Secretaries in #FTSE100 companies increased during 2021, countered by a marginal dip in the General Counsel and Finance Director roles, and HRDs where women tend to dominate.

Recent research from Harvard Business Review and Russell Reynolds Associates shows that CEO jobs are adapting, and companies are increasingly seeking leaders with strong social skills, as opposed to purely focusing on operational expertise. #WomenLeaders.
