Last night's homemade hummus topped with peppers roasted with cumin, garlic + a few extra chickpeas tossed in near the end. Gorgeous with mint dressing (whizzed up olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, fresh mint leaves), roasted aubergine, beef kofta, salad.

Saturday night takeaway: fantastic cod & chips cooked to order from Howe & Co mobile van 39 in Cheddleton. Perfectly cooked fish, crispy batter, great chips. We rang earlier today to book, or you can follow the live tracking link on their Facebook page and flag them down.
