Ok this is big. Web of Science just removed the MDPI flagship journal IJERPH from their lists. This means IJERPH has no more an Impact Factor. Why is this big? What are the implications? 🧵

If you are at a mega-conference... A well-designed icebreaker can help build rapport and break down power barriers to promote sharing. We hosted failure gameshows at international conferences to act as (rather elaborate) icebreakers. They even had prizes!
