Saleh et al study the role of #yeast Mediator coactivator complex subunit 16. They show that Med16 removal downregulates #genes dependent on the SAGA complex and upregulates genes dependent on the TFIID complex.@M_Saleh90 @JeronimoCelia @gabezentner.
