Fantastic Food Finale! Afternoon Tea made by LHS students. Parents loved being there and couldn’t believe the quality of the food.

We had a picnic in the park courtesy of E&R tearooms, Lutterworth. We even had time to visit the park!

Fantastic Food part 2: Molecular gastronomy! We made a lemon foam and balsamic pearls to compliment this courgette cream and fish dish.

So many exciting trips this week. Fantastic food walked to Morrisons to buy ingredients for a £10 main meal and dessert! 😂 Students made an amazing range of dishes but I didn’t get to take any pictures as we were rushing to finish in time!

Well this was an interesting lesson - focusing on presentation skills in preparation for year 10 mock NEA 2. Fish fingers potatoes, carrots and peas!
