Ben doesn’t have MCI vs CRY even as a possibility in GW32 so unsure why this theory has come about
Here's my Blank and Double Gameweek schedule spreadsheet. I didn't want to include every possible fixture movement because it'd get too messy, so I've not included possible Blank GW and Double GW fixtures that are less than around 5% likely.
