It has also been 4 years, since you have promised the LATAM people to fix the shipping problem, which still remains a mess. Also there is stuff ranging back to 2022. 8/.

For example, last night we found out that Fnatic also promised to help the LATAM FNC fans organize the Worlds watch party in Buenos Aires by sending merch to use as decoration and gifts for the attendees, which never arrived. 7/.

Hi Sam, during the meeting you were confused and now you say that you are confused, when everything was clearly stated and there is proof of the promises being made in text. From my point of view, we didn't feel heard the way we hoped/expected it. 1/.

If Fnatic is serious about all of this 1 day, just bring all the fan club representatives together, actually listen to what they have to say and bring someone on who understands the community well. And that would be step 1 towards the right direction. 4/x.

I went through 3 interview phases over 4 months to do community work for Fnatic only to get told in the end after 4 months that the job never existed. I was looking forward to it, but yeah good luck to whoever wants to do that in the future (I am praying for you dearly) 3/x.

They said, let's talk and they will listen. But when it's time to talk, they don't want to listen. They promise stuff and they lie to their own fans. Only when they need something, then they contact you. Very disappointing. 2/x.

Was a bit quiet during the weekend due to a very disappointing meeting with Fnatic. I was representing the fan clubs, and I am sorry, we achieved nothing. Most of the concerns that were mentioned, were not seen as real concerns in their eyes 1/x.
