Happy #FindsFriday!.DENO-C47B60 is a wonderful copper alloy palstave axe head from the middle #BronzeAge! 🪓.The blade facet shows rippling from the metal being hammered down to sharpen the blade. The other four sides of the blade have indents that appear to be decorative.

Happy #FindsFriday!!.DENO-AD00BA is a copper alloy pipe tamper dating to the #postmedieval period (c.1600-1800 AD) and it is shaped like a hand holding a pipe! 🙌.Due to their fun and imaginative shapes, pipe tampers can be very interesting small finds!
